Cod Hole is a reef dive site in the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. It is reached by liveaboard. The site lies within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and is classified as a Sensitive Location, with vessel group size limited to 60 people including crew. It is known for giant, curious potato cod that can reach 2 metres long and weigh 100 kilograms. Potato grouper and nudibranchs are resident. Bumphead parrotfish, dwarf minke whales, green turtles, humphead wrasse, manta rays, ornate ghost pipefish and whale sharks are occasionally seen.
