Darwin Island is a wall dive site in the Pacific Ocean, Ecuador. It lies within the Galápagos Marine Reserve and is reached only by liveaboard, with no day-trip option. The site is rated for advanced divers, with strong current listed as a hazard. An arch at the site collapsed into the sea on 17 May 2021 from natural erosion. It is described as one of the world's most well-known dive sites. Galapagos sharks and scalloped hammerheads are resident. Dolphins and whales, great barracuda, green and hawksbill turtles, oceanic manta rays, silky sharks and spotted eagle rays are occasionally seen. Whale sharks are seen seasonally from July to October.
